Yes, we do have a cancellation policy for out bridal gown consultations.  If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the day of your appointment, during business hours, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy is in place because our schedule is very active, and we often have a waiting list of customers. Same-day cancellations or reschedules prevent us from offering that appointment slot to another customer.

Bring a person/small group of people, that you trust. Having lots people with lots of opinions can be very overwhelming for the bride. Keep in mind this is about YOU. Once your bridal gown has arrived we call you to set up a Finishing Appointment. This is a great time to bring a big group with you to help you in picking out your veil, hair accessories and jewelry.

If you have been looking for bridal gowns and have an idea of what you like, bring pictures! You want to maximize your time with your sales consultant, so anything visual is a plus! Our consultations are an hour and a half, this seems like a long time but it goes by quickly. Don’t be afraid to try on styles that are outside of your box, sometimes you will find the perfect dress where you least expect to.

We provide you with all of the necessary undergarments (bustier and petticoat) and shoes. Feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable in them.

We are more than happy to set up custom payment plans for brides. Generally speaking, we require 50% of the cost of the gown (plus shipping and sales tax) to order the gown from the designer.

Bridal gowns can take up to six months to arrive depending on custom changes and the various designers we work with. However, don’t let this scare you! Some companies keep gowns in stock and we can get them within weeks.
